Overview of the Role:

As a Qualitative Project Assistant, your responsibility will be the coordination of a qualitative project and with assisting the Project Manager in making sure the project is delivered in accordance with the requirements given by the client.

You will be one of the key players in the execution of a qualitative project as you will liaise with respondents, vendors, freelancers, translation agencies checking quality of the deliverables before they are passed on to the client.


Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Qualitative Project Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

Recruitment of respondents on a project in your local language, including recruitment from our global Panel.

·Call and confirm and re screen respondents that took an online screener

Confirm respondents prior to the field dates

Send out confirmation emails/study materials/links to respondents via the MR system

Responsibility for the management and control of the vendors on qualitative projects allocated to you, ensuring that M3 meets client expectations.

Supporting the Project Manager on the project in terms of vendor management and checking deliverables

·Negotiate costs and set up freelancers on qualitative projects and manage them throughout the project

·Negotiate and set up recruitment agencies/translation agencies/moderators/simultaneous translators/facilities on qualitative projects and manage them throughout the project

· Maintain and develop a relationship with the freelancers and vendors on the behalf of M3 Global Research

· Checking deliverables such as transcripts/recruitment updates/reports before they are being passed on to the client

· Liaising with client in absence of PM, advising on any schedule changes etc

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

Essential

· Builds professional relationships quickly, with stakeholders at all levels

· Fluency in German, both oral and written (native speaker preferred)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Experience of working directly with clients and working to tight specifications and deadlines

· Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Solution orientated, and a natural problem-solver

Desirable

· Educated to degree level or equivalent

· Previous work experience in the market research industry (healthcare preferred)

· Understanding of quality control principles and their application to project management

· Knowledge of quality control in respect to procedures

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Designer. You will work within the Design team on a broad range of projects. The role will entail designing a wide variety of campaigns which will be disseminated via our network service.

Support the Design team to deliver successful internal, commercial, and targeted campaigns

Develop your design and technical skills in the following areas:

  • Web design
  • Coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript & JQuery

Initially, your role will involve supporting the Design team members by working on a broad range of tasks including:

  • Making design amends to projects
  • Providing general support
  • Building HTML based marketing emails
  • Designing PowerPoint presentations

This is not an exhaustive list of duties.

You will be expected to adapt to different tasks based on the development of the role and the evolving.

As your skills develop, you will take on more complex tasks. This role is based around your development in the design field, so we are looking for someone who is eager to learn. We do not expect you to have all the necessary skills from the outset but enthusiasm for learning is essential.
