Located on the 30th floor of One Liberty Place, the M3 Philadelphia Studios provide breathtaking, unobstructed views of the city skyline to enjoy during your next focus group research project.

Our market research facility, located in the business district of Center City Philadelphia, provides convenient access to plenty of parking as well as several public transportation options. For those travelling from a greater distance, there is an abundance of hotels within walking distance of the M3 Philadelphia Studios to accommodate clients and guests.

We are a five-minute cab ride or a brisk walk from 30th Street Station (Amtrak), two-blocks away from the regional rail and subway line, which also provide access to Philadelphia International Airport. Or if you prefer, we're just 20 minutes via cab or Uber/Lyft from the airport.

Situated within The Liberty Place Complex, you’ll find a 150,000 square-foot retail center that offers myriad shopping and dining choices, a Westin Hotel, an exciting public observation viewing deck, a fitness center, and an underground parking garage.

M3 Philadelphia Studios offers Wi-Fi throughout our expansive focus group space, HD streaming in every suite, and custom-designed AV technology solutions. For any Philadelphia focus groups, our viewing room offers seating for up to 12 observers and an interactive video wall to watch studies as they are being conducted. By combining two of our suites, we provide the largest conference room for market research in the city that is well suited for mock trials, taste tests, and other research study groups that require extended space.

Each of our well-appointed suites features conference rooms with natural lighting and a private waiting area for your guests.
