Global Healthcare Market Research Leader Adds Kantar’s Remaining Specialist Healthcare Assets to its Rapidly Expanding Global Portfolio
FORT WASHINGTON, PA (June 9, 2023) — Healthcare market research industry leader M3 Global Research has today announced their acquisition of Kantar’s remaining specialist healthcare vertical businesses. The acquisitions follow a H1 for M3 characterised by strategic and aggressive growth, with the Kantar businesses joining Michael Allen Company and Med Planet who were acquired by the M3 Group in February and April respectively.
With business units in both the USA and UK, Kantar Profiles – Health complements M3’s existing fieldwork delivery services, further bolstering the world’s largest healthcare provider panel by a further 144k members across the USA and major European markets. The acquisition of Kantar Media Healthcare Research (KMHR), by contrast, highlights M3’s ambitions to diversify beyond panel and fieldwork with expansion into syndicated research.
Both Kantar Profiles – Health and KMHR will become wholly owned subsidiaries of the M3 Group, which now operates eleven market research companies globally.
